ISU's licensed Microsoft Office programs already come with proofing tools in three languages: English, Spanish and French. But if you don't have access (most ISU computers do not have French or Spanish proofing tools installed, except in the LSRC or Smart Classroom), then another handy web-based spell checker for French can be found at http://lepatron.tapor.ualberta.ca/?iLang=fr This spell checker is good for people of all levels of French because its interface is available in both English (at http://lepatron.tapor.ualberta.ca/) and French, so you don't have the be fluent in French to use it.
